Three Ways We Can Build Your Patio

Attached Patios: Designed to connect directly to your existing roof structure, creating a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors. This is ideal for entertaining areas located directly off your main living space.

Elevated (Flyover) Patios: Built above your existing roofline, a flyover patio increases ceiling height, improves airflow and enhances natural light. This design creates a striking architectural feature while delivering superior ventilation.

Freestanding Patios: Constructed independently from your home, freestanding patios offer flexibility in placement; perfect for pool areas, gardens or detached outdoor spaces. Each structure is fully engineered and council compliant.

Roofing Options to Suit Every Requirement

We specify materials based on performance, longevity and the specific conditions of your home. There are four primary roofing systems we use, each with its own benefits:

• Steel Single Skin: Australian made, strong and economical. Ideal for areas where insulation or cooling performance is not required.
• Aluminium Single Skin: Lightweight, corrosion resistant and cooler in coastal environments.
• Steel Insulated Panels: Strong, thermally efficient and quieter in rain, delivering improved year round comfort.
• Aluminium Insulated Panels: Premium performance with superior resistance to coastal conditions, excellent thermal control and acoustic benefits.
