We will give you a call to discuss whether we are the right builder for you. Then, we arrange an onsite visit in person to have a conversation about your goals, budget, ideas, and timeline. This helps us understand what you want and how we can help. Your space will be measured up by the team, taking into consideration compliance, usage, engineering and more. This visit allows us to fully consider your space so we can provide an accurate quote. What to expect at the consultation:

Measuring up of your space, and sharing similar style photos and concepts
Once we have reviewed everything from our visits, We will go away and prepare your fixed price quote which will be emailed through to you
Every project starts with a full check measure by our team. This allows us to finalise design, colours and ensure we have all the information we need. This also gives our team an opportunity to become more familiar with the site, and discuss any revisions if required.
We then arrange drafted plans for your approval. Once approved, we will submit your council application on your behalf.
If External engineering, Body Corporate approvals, or any other planning is required, we will assist with this too.
We will keep you informed as we order materials, so that you have a clear idea of when your build will commence.

Once construction is complete, your final invoice will be due. Once paid, you will receive a final handover from us. This will include your final council inspection if applicable.
Then, its over to you to enjoy your new space! We always love seeing how you decide to use the space, so don't forget to send us photos!
